Printing Multi-Term Database

Hi all!

I have created a multi term glossary in Trados Freelance 5.5 and would like to print
1) the entire glossary including definitions, source, context, source, etc.
2) a list of only the terms alphabetically in either language (english and german)

Does anyone know how to do this?

MultiTerm has no printing function. To obtain a table you will have to export the database and replace the tags by a column separator (I prefer tabs) recognized by Excel or Access and then open, format and print it from there.
