In the meantime I have modified the regexp to match more closely my document:
\b[a-z_\-]+\b[\s|\,\;\:]

But in the groups of word beginning by an uppercase, there "Women's Model" and "Men's Model", and this regex removes the "s " after the apostrophe.
So I tried this:
[^']\b[a-z_\-]+\b[\s|\,\;\:]
to specify not to remove the words preceded by an apostrophe, but it doesn't work.

In that case, before anything, I would (with „Use” unchecked)
Find:
’
Replace with:
psmrk

(supposing your target file does not contain this string). When everything has been done, replace psmrk with ’. (I tried this with the regex I suggested, I did not check yours).
