Hi everybody,

I encountered a problem with Trados this week.

The client sent me files in INX format but when I exported the target version, Trados exported them into the original language.

I have never had problem like this one.

Another problem was that I couldn't save the translation memory. I did everything what was said on this website: http://noradiaz.blogspot.mx/2012/07/studio-2011-tm-not-updating-check-this.html.

Are there more people among you who have had the same problem?

Thanks

Read-only file? Nov 15, 2012

Hi Jorim,

One possibility is that the INX file you have been given has been set to read-only (just uncheck it in the document properties).
I'm not sure that this is it, however, because when I encountered it, I'm pretty sure it did update the TM...
