I'm wondering if there is a function in Trados Studio 2011 with which you can put all possible 100% matches out of the translation memory into the segments without having to click on every single segment.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Sandra,

One of the benefits of creating a Project instead of using the Open Document approach is that the 100% matches (or fuzzies too if you set it up this way) are populated throughout the file before you even start work.

However, if you are adding a new Tm to a project, or using the Open Document approach then you need to run the pretranslate batch task. So...

Project -> Batch Tasks -> Pre-translate Files

That should do it for you.

Thank you very much for your help, Paul!
