This is just to warn support that I had a major crash this morning (studio 2011 sp2). It started with all as yet untranslated docs in a large project not opening ("An error occurred whilst trying to determine the file version"). After closing down Trados it wouldn't start again ("Not responding" after loading all the components as normal). Running "Repair" in Programs fixed the problem. Conversely, I installed Win8 on this computer (upgraded from Win7) and it kept all my programs, but there has been the odd hitch, so maybe this was one of them.

Regards,

Olly
