Is SDL Support Portal up and running?

Dear SDL Support team,

I have an active support agreement with SDL, but haven't been able to log a case since yesterday. The most recent error message I received is a BMC remedy user error that says "User is currently connected from another machine (ARERR 9084)." I have no idea what that means.
If it's possible, can someone from SDL take a look at my account and see if I have multiple sessions going on that might get the SDL Support Portal confused?
