Can't recover password?

I want to buy Trados but I forgot my password. I click on 'Forgotten Password' but no email is sent to me. I've checked through all my email, even spam and trash, but nothing. I don't know what to do as I don't receive an answer by email.

If you mean the SDL website, try using Internet Explorer instead of any other browser.
