Using Studio 2011 SP 2

I have a basic knowledge of Studio 2011 but haven't used Multiterm. A customer has sent me a .csv file with terminology and I'm not sure what to do with it.

Should it be imported into Multiterm? If so, how?

Thanks for any tips,
Niamh

This easiest way is to download Glossary Converter from OpenExchange. While you're at it, try also TermInjector, a very useful tool.
