Problem Studio 2011 saving project

In Trados Studio SP2, when I open a new file for translation and try to save the xliff for the first time, I get an error message (translated from Dutch):

'Cannot access the file xyz.docx because it is in use by another process.'

I get this message every time I save the xliff. As a result of the saving action, the xliff file is saved, but no sdlproj file is created. There is no 'Finalize' option in the menu (File/Batch Tasks).

The workaround is to save the whole thing under another folder. From then on, the problem is solved.

Can anyone help with this problem?

Thanks!
Hugo
