Output using comand line?

Does Trados have a command line utility to produce the output - resource files and xml's?

I am reading documentations but they talk only about batch processing for analysis, translation, etc.

We are currently using 5.5 Freelance but will upgrade to 6.5 Freelance soon.

Any input will be appreciated.
