This occurs when I complete my translation and going to "save target as" .doc file. The error message exactly is "failed to save target content. An error occurred while converting fields back to Microsoft Word format Possible field(s)"

Does anyone know about the cause and how to fix this?

Thank you very much

Try to correct all the errors Apr 10, 2013

Press F8 and you will see lines with errors. Try to correct them all.
Pay special attention to lines with tags (violet triangles). Sometimes the only way to correct the mistakes in lines with tags is to copy source to target (Ctrl+Insert) and put the translation between the tags.
