TM filters for Trados 2007 in Trados 2011?

I have Trados Studio 2011 and my client has Trados 2007.
I know well how to open/edit/save Trados 2007 files/TMs with Trados 2011, but this time my client has given me some instructions to apply filters and setting to its TM. The problem is that such instructions refer to Trados 2007 menus, that are different from those of Trados 2011. I have Trados Studio 2011 and my client has Trados 2007.
I know well how to open/edit/save Trados 2007 files/TMs with Trados 2011, but this time my client has given me some instructions to apply filters and setting to its TM. Here below the client instructions:

- After opening the TM xx1, in Workbench under Settings/Project and Filter Settings, load the project settings xx.wps and the filter settings xx.wfs; then, in Workbench under Options/Translation Memory Options/Tools tab, click on the sub-menu "Tag Settings" which opens up the "Tag Settings Manager". Click "Open..." and select the settings file xx2.ini. You can now open the file for translation: xx3.xml.

Please help me.
