SDL Trados Studio 2011 won't start up

Hello,

when I click on the Studio logo, the program is starting but disappears immediately.

My attempts:

1) Restore my system (Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit)
2) Repair Studio
4) Delete the files BaseSettings.xml, Plugincache.xml, UserSettings.xml
3) Deinstall + reinstall Studio

The result is always the same. The program won't start up.

And I have four projects to complete.

Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now go here;

Download & Installation Problems
- The installation went fine, but now I get an error message when opening or using the program.

Then complete all the fields in the form making sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

... I think the latest version of IE has problems with the forms in this site. I have completed the forms using Firefox on your behalf (it's less picky than IE). Hopefully you will have received an email from the system?

Thanks Paul and All,

I have yersterday a remote maintenance with a member of SDL staff in Stuttgart.

The problem was all my Java installations. I have to deinstall all. And to install the Java version of Studio.

And Studio is running now.
