I am getting an error message every time I try to open SDL TRados Studio 2011. It says: "Error occurred retrieving your license. Error details: Insufficient privileges" It asks me to Deactivate. I don't know what to do. I cannot access anything. I did the upgrade few months ago and everything was working fine. I had no problems and then suddenly, this message appeared. I am working on Windos 7. Please help.

Hi Denise,

I work in the Marketing team at SDL. My suggestion here would be to log a free support case through the link here: http://kb.sdl.com/#tab:SFTab:crumb:0

Then click on the 'Solution Finder' tab at the top of the page and then 'Download and Installation Problems'
