Translating a form with a bunch of checkboxes. Translation saves to .doc format in Trados, yet all of the checkboxes have disappeared. Sent out translation job without noticing and customer complained. Wonder why.

Running SDL Trados Studio 2009 Professional SP3 - 9.1.2307.8 on this machine.

Any suggestions?

Try upgrading Trados and/or MS Office and/or Java Runtime.

For me, the best combination now is Trados 2011 and MS office 2010 and latest Java.

As for my experience, trados 2009 only support up to MS office 2007. So if you import a file originally created by Office 2010 you may have problem.
