I have just bought a new laptop to take traveling with me (tomorrow). I deactivated my license on my old laptop and activated it on this new laptop (HP, Windows 8). When I choose the languages to use, I get the message "access denied". I am not sure what to do now, I am using the administrator account so that can't be the problem. I never had this problem before. On my PC I also use Windows 8 and didn't have a problem when I installed Studio 2011.
Any help is much appreciated.
