Hi

I have the following message when I try to convert a ttx file (translated with Tag Editor, Trados Freelance 2007) into the final Excel file : The object reference is not defined to an object's instance ?
Can you please help ? What should I do ?

I followed this advice: Jul 18, 2013

Folders unhidden:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Program data, and convert "SDL" to "SDL_old".

and/or (I did it on both paths)

C:\Documents and Settings\user\Program data, and did the same.

And it worked!
