Studio 2011: How to "import" on target side a source *.doc with (many) highlighted pretranslated terms?

I chose Studio 2011 since it will keep the highlights, as the client wants.

Is this a standard situation for Studio? If not, is there some indirect way to do this?

(Actually, I've done this with a small document in Trados Workbench (which keeps the highlights too), but for a much larger document, I'd prefer Studio for so many advantages.)

Many thanks in advance.
