It is probably going to be very difficult; the product is obsolete and no more supported by SDL.

.. So I don't think there are any formal training sessions available anymore. You could google Youtube Trados 2007 tutorials, I'm sure you'll be able to find plenty.
There are several free manuals and guides out there, as well.
