[EDIT]
It is so funny.
I just found that, for Studio 2011 there is no problem at all.
It was just for Studio 2009.
S*uipd..

Hi,
I do not know how to post pictures, so I am linking the pictures.

[Link, Deleted]

My problem is simple, I have too many tags with no reason and one sound sentence have broken into several segments. I did not touch any segmentation rules (all are defaults) and original doc file does not has any kind of special flavors.

I am using SDL Trados 2009.

Any good suggestions ? Please.

[EDIT]
Added a link.
Typo.

[EDIT]
The segmentation has no problem at all, from the first time.
I got confused.

Try CodeZapper Sep 3, 2013

Google for CodeZapper and install it under Word Add-ins. It usually does a good job, but I don't know for Korean of course. If it works don't forget to pay something to the developer.

Tag soup solutions Sep 3, 2013

Heinrich's idea is a very good one. Here are some others in a blog post I wrote about tag soups:

HTH,
Emma

1. Clear formatting
It works but, halfway. I mean, it is getting better from one word segement to 2 words segment.
Still far away to go there.

2. Define the basic formatting.
Because I am big fan of 2003, I have no way to tyr it (I am not sure, I am not familiar with this crazy formatting things.)
Anyway, the document I have to process, has lots of styles and pages (100 or so). I think it is not so good idea for me in this case.

3. Use a macro.
I used your recommdatation. I works fine (99% done, Wow.. nice).
But, As I already told you, I got very complicated style document and the number of pages are huge.
It will not help me.

4.Use CodeZapper.
Yes, I have to.. I am considering, what to do..
I will check it out. And tell you.

Thanks !!

Regards

CodeZapper Sep 3, 2013

I contacted Mr. David Turner, Developer, minutes ago and received trial version (30days or 30times) of it.

It works perfectly.

I satisfied with it.
Thanks again for this nice works.

I am not a free rider at all but, I got lost big money (yes, for my current situation it is huge huge money) by the scam, the scammer is Shiona Oldham.

http://www.proz.com/forum/scams/249385-new_fraud_case_from_wrlinguisticstrans@gmailcom.html

If I need it at the next time and that time is over the 30days I will pay it, promise.

By the way..
I just made a tiny VBA code inspired by the CodeZapper.

It collects all the textboxes in a doc and show you in another doc.
You can do it by yourself for the images if you have some time to make codes.

Regards

Dim Result, Element
For Each Element In ActiveDocument.Shapes
If Element.TextFrame.HasText Then Result = Result & Element.TextFrame.TextRange.Text
Next
Documents.Add
Selection.InsertAfter Result
Selection.Collapse

[EDIT]
Some point it is quite disappointed.

I wanted to try once again but, I met the message

"You have used this template 31 times. The trial version can only be used 30 times. Visit http://asap-traduction.com/CodeZapper to get the full version."

I guess, I did not used that much.

Anyway I am not so sure about its performance yet.

Bookmarks Sep 4, 2013

I find bookmarks the worst when it comes to tags. Here is how to remove them in the original Word document in one go (instead of individually).
