SDL TRADOS 2009: "Action ‘Exit Action’ is not registered with the action service" error

Dear everyone

I am having trouble opening my Trados 2009... I have this following message:

Action ‘Exit Action’ is not registered with the action service. If this a dynamic action, make sure to call Register Dynamic Action first.

Could you help me out with this. thank you
