How do I lock source and target columns together in 2014?

Hi all,

I'm sure it's just a box that needs to be checked somewhere, but I can't find it and it's driving me mad. You know, when you scroll down in the source column in the Editor view and the target column doesn't follow or vice versa?

I clicked on Auto-scroll Source Document on the ribbon in the View tab. Duh!
