Hello Guys

Can anyone tell me why Trados 2014 freelance won't display furigana above Japanese characters when I import a file? All I get is a purple 'Eq' mark next to the Japanese I wanted to see.

Furigana is the name given to smaller hiragana signs that go above Japanese Kanji (Chinese Characters) to enable people to read difficult or rare kanji.
