Dear All,

We have created serveral batches in 2009. It seems several translators worked on the batches with Studio 2011. I read on several forums that this would not affect the importing process. However, we just discovered that serveral files were not imported correctly. The segments of these imported file are still untranslated.

We think this is related to the use of different versions of Studio. Are we right? Anyone had a similar experience and if so how did he/she solve it?

Many thanks for sharing your experience with me.

Kind regards

Fabrice

Hi Fabrice,

I'ts Steve Whale from SDL here.

If your translators are using Studio 2011/2014, then they simply need to remember to SAVE AS Studio 2009 (and not default Studio 2011/14). Once SAVED AS Studio 2009, you will have no problem reimporting the documents.
If you require info on the latest versions (Studio 2011/Studio2014) please let me know.

Kind regards

Steve
