I client of mine did send me a package with some IDML documents for reviewing. After I returned the return package, I received a new package, with the same file name, containing on further IDML file to review.
The problem was that this file didn't show up in the list of available SDLXLIFF files. Only the old files (already reviewed) were visible. So I asked my client to create a new package with a different name and send me the new file again. Still no luck. No SDLXLIFF files at all, this time.
However, I noticed that the file to be reviewed was present in the nl-NL folder so I copied it to a temporary folder and opened it. That went fine. So, my question is: why didn't the file show up? Was the error on my side or on my client's side? BTW: I successfully opened 3 other packages from other clients later today.
