I can't access my new sdl trados studio 2014 license

Help!
I can't open my new sdl studio 2014.
I entered the activation code in my old 2011 starter by mistake.
initially it said ativation successfully done and now it says that i am using the license on another computer so I can't access it!!!
Please help me, i have to finish a job by tomorrow!!!!!!

Try deactivating 2011 and then activate 2014 Dec 4, 2013

Hi Valentina,

You will need to deactivate the 2011 license first (Help -> product activation) and then you should try and activate the 2014 code in the 2014 application.
