TMs from sdlxliff don't contain all of the segments imported? (Studio 2014)

I have read a number of posts on this subject.
I have been encouraged to use this method: (I am using Studio 2014)
1) create a new TM
2) import one or more sdlxliff files
3) This works fine. An sdlxliff file contains 843 segments, and 842 segments are imported.
4) when the new TM opens it contains 41 segments
5) Why?

If you're in the Translation Memories view, make sure you've clicked the blue arrow "Next page" to see more segments.
Might that be the problem?

Hi Emma,

I am always surprised by the positive attitude to helping fellow translators in this forum.
Thank you. You are a kind person.

I see a blue "down arrow" in the upper right corner of the section that displays the contents of the TM.

Clicking on this arrow, however, doesn't show a next page.

Hi,

I think you got it wrong - you need to click on the Next Page > blue arrow on the ribbon, between Create AutoSuggest Dictionary and Perform Search!
