Hi,

I'm using Trados 6.5.2.419.
Yesterday I had to analyse a properties-file so I used T-Windows for resourcebundles. After exporting "unknown" segments to an rtf-file, I had the Concordance missing.
I tried in T-Windows for resources, I tried then in Word (2003) with T-Windows closed, I tried with other TMs and I tried with "reorganizing" the TM, I tried with restarting... almost all?

Any suggestion??

Project/Filter settings hidden somewhere? Oct 28, 2004

Hi Alexandra,
Yesterday I had to analyse a properties-file so I used T-Windows for resourcebundles. After exporting "unknown" segments to an rtf-file, I had the Concordance missing.

There is no Concordance function in the Tools window - I take it this occurred after you closed the Analysis dialogue?

What happens if you highlight the Workbench window (and hit F3)?

The Workbench window keeps turning "grey" as if another window would have been opened, but it doesn't appear.
Any suggestion??

If this happens straight after opening the TM, could it be that you have set the Project/Filter settings window to appear by default, but it's either hidden behind other windows, or may have been moved outside the visible screen area? If that is the case, Workbench should become operational if you just hit Return, and the problem should occur again when pressing CTRL-P. Can you confirm that?

Best regards,
Ralf

it's resolved - thanks to your advise Oct 29, 2004

Hi Ralf,

Many thanks for this advise: the window was just moved out of the visible screen because last week we had tried a second monitor.
Strange that the Concordance Window didn't "went back", because all the other programms just worked normally after removing the second monitor.

Alexandra
