SDL Trados 2009: "Could not find file" when analysing project in progress

I am having a trouble with analysing a file in my translation project in Trados 2009, which I have already converted and begun working with.
The file is quite large - it's an MS Word .doc (pre-Word 2007) with a lot of images and at a total of 70 megabytes in size, and despite it has been added and prepared for translation, analysing it in progress return an error in the Analyze window: Could not find file "BigFrickinWordFile.doc", and the report for the analysis run shows zeros only.
The maximum embedded file size cap is set to 20 MB in the SDL XLIFF settings under "Project settings".
It's funny though that when I prepared the file while making the new project, the analysis went smooth - and I also reanalysed the file once afterwards, when it was already in translation. Successive attempts at analysis simply fail as explained.
It's not a big issue, though - I still can export my translation, but I like to keep my tabs on progress.
UPDATE: Scratch the last sentence: Trados can't find the file even when it's open and I try to save my progress. :|
