Having said that, the way I would recommend is to:
1. Export one of the TM (say, en-US) to a tmx file. 2. Open the tmx file with a decent text editor (I use notepad++) 3. Do a global search and replace to change the en-US to en-GB 4. Save this file, and import it into the other TM.
I seem to recall this was how I did it once.
