I recently purchased a new computer and since have been having some problems with Studio 2014 (but seemingly not with 2011). Since I actually have a support contract I wanted to log onto support but have found it completely impossible. I get an error message:

Caught exception undefined:undefined - TypeError

and I haven't the vaguest idea how to resolve the problem. If I can't log onto support I can't resolve the other problems.

If anyone from SDL can help
