SDL Studio 2011 - Cannot deactivate license due to hard drive failure

I own SDL Studio 2011 (Corporate) and my computer crashed yesterday. I had to put a new hard drive in, and the old computer is no longer available or functioning to deactivate the license. I am unable to use my product since the software thinks I have already used this license. I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions.

I know you are supposed to return the license first but it is not possible to do from the computer that failed. Does anyone know of any other options?

Thank you so much, Natalie! Trying to request my license reset via the link you mentioned. Will let you know if this works.
