Hi everyone,

Sometime at the end of last year, after having installed the Java update 45, I could no longer edit my terms in Multi Term. After looking into the problem I discovered that this was a general problem and I needed to uninstall the update in order to edit my terms, which worked fine after this workaround. Since then I've been told by a computer expert that not updating Java means that I might get viruses on my computer! I am now wondering whether this problem has been sorted out and if others have successfully installed the update. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who managed to do this before I attempt anything myself!

Thanks for your time!

Hi,

This topic is actually pretty well documented on the SDL Knowledge Base website.

Just go to:

http://kb.sdl.com/#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artId:5019

Good luck!

I did see these but they didn't seem to me like a miraculous cure and I'm not sure that I want to attempt them without possibly getting some feedback from others who have been more daring than me!

Thanks!

Karen
