Termbase cannot be added

When I create a project using the normal process, I seem to come across an odd error.

When I go to the step to add a termbase, some of my language pair does not seem to pop up in the termbase index.
(I only get 6, while it should be 9 since I added 8 target languages)

I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems as mine, and if so, how did you fix it?

I'm using Trados Studio 2011 Professional in a Windows 7 Professional 32bit environment with 4GB of RAM.

Right now, I'm creating 2 separate packages, which seem to temporarily doing the job, but it's a nuisance.
