I was sent a package .sdlppx, with lots of files of different formats. I can open the package, but do not see an option to combine the files into one, so I can translate them easily.
Please help.

Hi Heinrich,

If you are referring to the merge function allowing you to see multiple files in one single editor window you don't have to do anything basically. All what you need is A) Select the files you want to open (mouse on first file then shift+arrow down or any other method) and then press Enter or double click on the file group you have selected. This will open the files in one single view.

Let me know if this answers your question.

Enrico

How about files in different folders? Mar 31, 2014

A nice feature which in itself was reason enough for me to upgrade.

I now have a project with files in different folders. Any idea on how I can merge these?

Option in left-hand pane in File view Mar 31, 2014

There should be an option in the left-hand pane in the File view called "Include subfolders". This should allow you to select all of the files in the project that you want to select.

...i didn't do anything special. I just knew how to do. Normally when i need help on the same thing someone else will help me. So it's both a due and a pleasure.

Glad it's solved.

Enrico
