Hello

I'm having trouble with the error message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'
which prevents from using trados 2011. I'm trying to resolve it by applying the recommended solutions (http://kb.sdl.com/?portalid=23&articleid=4984#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artId:4984) and one of them is to:

Open Studio.
Click on SDL Trados Studio in the View menu.
Select Reset Window Layout.
Click OK to confirm resetting the window layout.

Well, I can't find SDL TRADOS STUDIO in the VIEW MENU. Is it me??? This is driving me mad and I hope somebody out there could advise me...
Thanks

I think it means:

Open SDL Trados Studio.
In the View Menu, select Reset Window Layout.

I haven't got Studio 2011 running now, so I can't check it. You might have to have the Editor open for this to work.
Hope it helps.

no such option in the view menu Mar 27, 2014

Thanks.

It's just that under 'view' menu there is no such option as SDL Trados or Reset Window Layout. I've looked with Editor open and that's no different.
