Hi all,

Last year I bought Studio 2011 including the upgrade for Studio 2014 (single user license with extra activation for a second machine). I installed Studio 2011 and Studio 2014 on my main machine and left the extra activation for the Notebook I wanted to buy. Now I installed Studio 2011 on my new Notebook and when I try to activate it I get the message that the license is already used and that I have to deactivate the license on the other machine which cannot be as I have bought an extra activation.... My trados account Shows under "Licenses" for Studio 2011 "Invalid license" and there is still one activation left for Studio 2014.

Now, I wanted to fill in a Support ticket on the Trados Solution Finder, but it doesn't work. It is loading and loading and loading and I do not get the ticket. It doesn't work on my main machine, nor on my Notebook....

What can I do????
