I will try to do the following.
I appreciate if you kindly let me know how to do the following.
- Create an empty TM (.sdltm) and import all the bilingual (.sdlxliff) files created by co-workers into it.
When I do not have bilingual files but I have .tmx TMs: - Create an empty TM (.sdltm) and import all the tmx files created by co-workers into it.

There are lots of free SDL Trados tutorials on the internet
May 3, 2014
Sorry, I don't have SDL Trados 2014 (only 2009 and 2011), so I don't know what the changes are. However, I would recommend watching the tutorials or Googling your specific question - there is just literally TONS of online material on how to use the various CAT tools for beginners and more advanced users, and SDL itself provides a lot of online reference materials / tutorials / webinars. There may be some on ProZ, too, in the "Education" section. CAT tools are complex, so it's good idea to know how to do basic stuff with them before accepting jobs that require it. There are also manuals you get with the software that explain everything in quite a lot of detail. Besides having an excellent command of two or more languages, professional translators should also know how to help themselves using the incredible resources the internet has to offer.
