Failed to save target content

Hi,

Using Trados Studio 2009.

Translation is complete and I am attempting to create the target document. When trying to Save Target As, I receive the following error message:

Failed to save target content: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source.

Using sdlxliff.

Any help, please?
