SDL Trados 2011: "object reference not set to an instant of an object"

When I try to confirm a segment and move to the next one, I get the message "object reference not set to an instant of an object". This prevents me from saving in TM. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. The problem persist.

Try installing updates to your version of Trados and start again.
Usually, when you try to open Studio, it will ask you if you want to install the updates. or you can go to the trados website and look for the update for your version.
This might help.
If not, make sure you received a complete TM and document.
