I work in an environment that is going to be upgrading a Trados 2007 memory that is riddled with in-line formatting code resulting from years of translating improperly formatted Word documents. Can anyone tell me whether the upgrade process will be stripping out this code (i.e. the font and style codes only visible in the Advanced Edit window? Or is there something we can do prior to upgrading to clean up this mess? Is there some way of filtering for these codes using the Maintenance search function in Workbench so that we can assess the size of the problem?
