How to combine us-EN-ja-JP.sdltm and ca-EN-ja-JP.sdltm

When I translated a huge document, I accidentally created several TMs in US English instead of Canadian English. Now I have two TMs as shown on the subject line.

Would you please let me know how I can merge us-EN-ja-JP.sdltm with ca-EN-ja-JP.sdltm?

What I need is ca-EN-ja-JP.sdltm.
