I have done extensive research but cannot find the answer to my issue. I have a problem with my TM in SDL Trados Synergy.
In Workbench, under the File menu, the Import, Setup and Export, commands are greyed out and not accessible. This problem does not happen when I use Trados Workbench with a Word document, only when I translate in SDL Trados Synergy.
I found advice on the forums that indicates to select your Translation Memory (TM) from the file browser and tick the "Exclusive" option. The problem is that I cannot locate my TM because I am using Synergy.
Can you help me activate the export option? I need to return a large translation to my client asap and they need the TM.
