Problem with .xtg files translated in Studio Starter 2014

Hi everybody,
I need advice for a technical issue.

I just delivered to my client over 300 .xtg files that I translated in Studio 2014 Starter Edition. I had no error message while opening, translating and saving target, but when the customer import them, they look empty.

I openen them as .rtf and the translation is there but, comparing with the original files, there is one '
