Hi,

I have just installed Multiterm 2014.
I use Java8, set in High security, which you recommend in this http://kb.sdl.com/#tab:SFTab:crumb:0:artId:4645

I opened the SDL Multiterm 2014 desktop.
There was a message 'Your Java version is out of date', so I clicked update.
The following message appeared;

Script Error
An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 3305
Char: 11
Error: Syntax error
Code: 0
URL: http://java.com/download/windows_ie.sjp

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
Yes No

What should I do?

Thank you very much.

Solution Finder Jun 25, 2014

Hi,

Good to try the solution finder again. It's not just for raising a case, it's also for pointing you in the right direction. Then if nothing helps you can raise a case.

So I'd recommend you clean up your Java with this article:

http://kb.sdl.com/kb/article?ArticleId=4956&source=Article&c=12&cid=23

If things still don't work then log the case.

Regards

Paul
