cannot submit solution finder support form

I am trying to submit a support request through the solution finder (Multiterm - blank field when trying to add terms).
The form does not load in Firefox/IE but I at least it does in Chrome.
When I try to submit it, though, I get an error message:

"Caught exception undefined:undefined - SecurityError: .... "

followed by a list of items that I would have to copy per hand here.

Has anybody encountered this? Is there any other way to submit a support ticket?

Hi Anna,

I have logged the case for you via the solution finder. I believe you are using Studio 2011 so this is what I added to the form, and I assume you have tried to use the KB article #4956 and this failed?

The other way to get help if you cannot use the solution finder for any reason is to contact the Customer Experience Desk.
