I am trying to submit a support request through the solution finder (Multiterm - blank field when trying to add terms). The form does not load in Firefox/IE but I at least it does in Chrome. When I try to submit it, though, I get an error message:
I have logged the case for you via the solution finder. I believe you are using Studio 2011 so this is what I added to the form, and I assume you have tried to use the KB article #4956 and this failed?
The other way to get help if you cannot use the solution finder for any reason is to contact the Customer Experience Desk.
