Preview error: TRADOS 2104 running, via bootcamp, in windows on a macbook

I am translating a single file - a Word document - in Trados 2104, installed on a MacBook using windows running in bootcamp.
I cannot generate a preview or real-time preview. The software tells me this is becasue the version of Word I'm using is not supported. It is Word from Office Home and Student 2013. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks. Marian
