get placeable shortcut in trados 2007 doesn't work

Hello,
I have Trados Tag Editor 2007 which I recently moved to a new computer and I have only one problem with it, ctrl+alt+up arrow shortcut for get placeable doesn't work!

Usually in windows this shortcut makes your display move so I disabled that function, like I did with my former computer - what has worked before, but now it doesn't work... does anyone have an idea what shall I do?
