I am trying to have the Fuzzy in a different color (blue) or highlighted in the target document (Word); this way, I could send it to a Freelancer who doesn't have Trados and could explain him that the highlighted sentences (or in blue) have to be reviewed, etc.
I know that it was possible with Trados 2007.
Someone knows how to resolve this?
Thanks.

... in Studio. What you can do however is use the export for external review, which works for all file formats and not just Word files. This can colour the segments according to match values and then your reviewer reviews this file. You can them reimport this reviewed file into Studio with all changes afterwards.
Perhaps this will help?
Regards
Paul
