How to PseudoTranslate in the Microsoft style

I am new to SDL trados Studio.

I want to translate an Adobe FrameMaker (.mif) file into a Pseudolocalized document (still in English). However, I want the document to still stay readable, I simply want it to be 30% longer.

The Microsoft way of doing this, is to take a phrase like:

Account Settings

and Translate it to:

[!!! Àççôûñţ Šéţţîñĝš !!! ]

I want to use that style. However, when I try in Studio, I get a very different definition of PseudoLocalization... it seems to replace my words with other (longer) words... which ends up reading like gibberish.

Is it possible to get the Microsoft style Pseudolocalization using Studio?

... get the [!!! at the start and !!!] at the end of every segment by adding this in the settings for pseudo-translate. But you can't get all the diacritics to be applied in the same way. Studio applies a dictionary for this to make up words and use diacritics that should simulate the language but not force diacritics in the same way and in the same volume.

SDL Passolo can do this however as this is more of a feature for software localisation.
